Promotion:
Free standard ground shipping on
orders to USA 48 states (Continental United States). Shipping method will be
determined by imagineframes.com and generally take longer than standard
shipping. Please Note: Free shipping is ONLY for online orders, phone orders
do not qualify.
How much is shipping and
handling?
Shipping is based on the weight of the order
and the destination zip code. To find out how much it will cost, simply add the
items you want to your shopping cart and click on Shipping Options. Enter your
shipping information. It will then display your shipping costs.
Can I have an order ship to
multiple addresses?
Yes. Simply provide addresses and
the quantity to be sent to each. (Shipping and handling fees are applicable.)
During checkout you have the option to enter a ship to address different
than your billing address. If you need additional ship to addresses you may
phone in your order or create multiple online orders.
How long will it take?
Due to our inventory reduction,
orders will take 1-4 days to ship. Our main shipping facility is in Lisle, Illinois
(Chicago suburb). Some or all of your order may ship from a another
location. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified with approximate
ship date. Generally, shipping via UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days.

Can I have it shipped with
another carrier?
Yes. Other shipping methods include
FedEx and DHL and must be requested on phone orders. Additional handling and
shipping charges may
apply.
Can I have an order shipped
internationally?
Yes. International orders normally
ship via Global Express Mail. Delivery takes 3-14 days depending on destination.
International buyers are
responsible for any and all custom/duty charges.
Can I pick up my order
from your warehouse?
Yes. Orders may be picked up during
normal business hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Click order
status and enter in your information. Your order status and tracking
information (if available) will be displayed. To track a package, click on the
tracking number which will provide you with up-to-date tracking information.

The web site says "Unable to
track shipment", what does this mean?
Your order may have just been
processed and a tracking number generated - but the package is currently not in
the shipping company's system. When a shipment is first created, tracking
information may not be available until after 8 pm each night.
