What is a resale order?
A resale order is an order of 5 or
more frames by a company or organization wishing to resell the frames to the
public.
How do I qualify for resale?
To qualify for a resale discount you
must have a valid state resale certificate and you will be offering the frames
to the public for sale. We require a copy of your resale certificate on file.

order to place an order?
If you would like to place an order,
please call us during normal business hours with the following information:

Can I order my resale purchases
online?
Yes. Once you are
established as a reseller you may purchase your inventory online. The prices
displayed may or may not reflect your discount. Your order will be modified once
it is received / processed to reflect your discount. Your credit card is not
charged until your order is shipped.
How do you handle payment?
For
most resale orders we require payment prior to shipping. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express cards. Wire transfers and prepayment by check
also accepted. Net 30 accounts can be set up when credit information is supplied
and approved.
How much is shipping and
handling?
You will be charged the UPS shipping cost plus a handling fee of
$1.00 per box for shipments to the continental United States. International
shipments are available. Please email

Can I have a resale order ship to
multiple addresses?
Yes. Simply provide addresses and
the quantity to be sent to each. (Shipping and handling fees are applicable.)
Can I have orders shipped
directly to my customer?
Yes. Simply provide the address of
your customer and it will be sent. (Shipping and handling fees are applicable.)
How long will it take to ship the
items?
If we have the items in stock they
will ship within 1-2 days. Some or all of your order may ship from a another
location. If the item is not in stock, product might not ship for 1-4 weeks,
depending on design, time of year, and quantity.
Is a resale order returnable?
No. Resale orders with
imagineframes.com are non-returnable. Defective or damaged items are returnable.
Can I pick up my resale order
from your warehouse?
Some resale purchases may be picked up
from our Lisle, Illinois warehouse. Call or email
for more information.
Will my company name appear on
your web site?
Depending on your business,
location, volume, and products that you carry your company name may appear on
our web site. Generally, physical retail locations where customers can see a
variety of frames in person will qualify.
