What are the frames made of? The frames are a wood grain material with a veneer finish. They are designed to last a long time in a variety of environments. Actual wood frames would warp with the variation in humidity and temperature. Our frames resist warping and fading. All frames featured on imagineframes.com are Made in USA.

Payment Information:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you use your American Express card your statement will show our corporate name "EDM Zap". Corporate accounts with terms can be established when credit information is supplied and approved. Fax information to 1-630-852-3678. Fortune 500, Government, and Educational institutions are automatically approved for credit. 

Returns / Exchanges:

We want you to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your item we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. When returning frame, shipping cost must be prepaid by you and please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Credit will be issued when item is returned and evaluated. To receive full credit, item must be in original condition. Shipping cost are not refundable. To exchange a frame, simply send back the frame (shipping cost paid by you) and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the item number you want to exchange it with. Any difference in frames will be charged/credited. Return shipping cost will be billed to the original credit card. There is no additional charge to exchange defective items. Frames in outlet section, bulk, or custom purchases may not be returned.

We DO NOT share ANY information with any outside company that is not directly related to your order. Your shipping address and email information is shared only with UPS for delivery purposes.
