for schools, large families, and businesses. Logo's and special shapes are great
ways to catch someone's attention.
What is a custom order?
A custom order is an order of a
frame or design not currently in production.
How many do I have to order?
Custom frames generally start off
with a minimum order of 30 frames.

How much does it cost for a
custom frame?
Depending on the design, custom
frames are usually $17-$30 per frame. In addition, depending on the complexity
of the design, there may be a set-up charge.
What if I just want to change a
current design?
For the most part, even a slight
change is considered a custom frame. Generally, a new fixture needs to be
created for a frame to aid in production. So while it may seem like a small
modification it still may have a set-up charge.
What colors are available?
Custom frames are available in one
of these colors. Large custom orders, 2500 or more frames, are available in a
variety of colors.
How do I get a quote?
To receive a quote for a custom
design, simply send us a line drawing (similar to the one above) and the
approximate size. Send it via email
or standard mail. Indicate how many picture holes you want and/or the location
of the holes.
What information is needed in
order to place an order?
If you would like to place a custom order,
please call us during normal business hours with the following information:

Fax or email a copy of your
design.
How do you handle payment?
For
most custom orders we require a down payment prior to production. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Wire transfers and prepayment by
check also accepted. Net 30 accounts can be set up when credit information is
supplied and approved.
How much is shipping and
handling?
You will be charged the UPS shipping cost plus a handling fee of
$2.00 per box for shipments to the continental United States. International
shipments are available. Please email

Can I have a custom design order ship to
multiple addresses?
Yes. Simply provide addresses and
the quantity to be sent to each. (Shipping and handling fees are applicable.)
How long will it take to ship the
items?
Depending on design, time of year, and
quantity, a custom order generally takes 3-6 weeks. Custom orders cannot be
completed during November and December because of holiday production schedules.
Is a custom order returnable?
No. Custom orders with
imagineframes.com are non-returnable.
What happens to the design after
it is made into a frame?
All designs (except for company
logos and other trademark designs) become the property of imagineframes.com and
may become available to the general public.
Can I pick up my custom order
from your warehouse?
Some custom projects may be picked up
from our Lisle, Illinois warehouse. Call or email
