What is a bulk / volume order?
A volume order is an order of 25 or
more frames of the same design. To request a quote, please call or email
us with the request. Please note: we do not discount bargain frames, sale
frames, or discontinued designs. Volume pricing is different from resale
pricing. Business and organizations wishing to resell the frames please read our
page on resale
information.
What colors are available?
Frames are available in one of these
colors.
How do I get a volume price?

during normal business hours or email

Now that I have a quote how do I
get the special price?
Volume orders must be placed over
the phone unless specified in the quote. You may need to provide the quote
number during your order.
What information is needed in
order to place an order?
If you would like to place an order,
please call us during normal business hours with the following information:

How much is shipping and
handling?
You will be charged the UPS shipping cost plus a handling fee of
$1.00 per box for shipments to the continental United States. International
shipments are available. Please email
or call for more information.
Can I have a volume order ship to
multiple addresses?
Yes. Simply provide addresses and
the quantity to be sent to each. (Shipping and handling fees are applicable.)
How long will it take to ship the
items?
If we have the items in stock they
will ship within 1-2 days. Some or all of your order may ship from a another
location. If the item is not in stock, product might not ship for 1-4 weeks,
depending on design, time of year, and quantity.
How long is a volume price quote
valid?
Price quotes are valid for 30 days.
Is a volume order returnable?
No. Volume orders with
imagineframes.com are non-returnable. Defective or damaged items are returnable.
Can I pick up my volume order
from your warehouse or any of the participating stores?
Volume purchases may not be picked
up from a participating store. Some volume purchases, however, may be picked up
from our Lisle, Illinois warehouse. Call or email
